摘　　要：党的十八大以来,习近平总书记多次针对志愿服务作出一系列重要指示,他要求将马克思主义的志愿服务观与中华优秀传统文化、新时代志愿服务实践相结合,形成了新时代关于志愿服务的重要论述;系统阐释了志愿服务与社会主义现代化国家建设同行的目标导向、坚持以人民为中心的价值旨归、坚持党的全面领导的鲜明特征和坚定不移走中国特色志愿服务道路的实践路径;创造性丰富并发展了马克思主义志愿服务观,习近平为新时代中国特色社会主义志愿服务发展指明了方向,也为国际志愿服务发展进步提供了中国方案。Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping has issued a series of important instructions on volunteer service,combining the Marxist concept of volunteer service with excellent traditional Chinese culture and the practice of volunteer service in the new era,forming an important discourse on volunteer service in the new era.The discourse elaborates on the goal orientation of aligning voluntary service with the construction of a socialist modernized country,the value orientation of adhering to the people-centered approach,the distinctive characteristics of adhering to the comprehensive leadership of the Party,and the practical path of steadfastly pursuing the voluntary service with Chinese characteristics.Creatively enriching and developing the Marxist concept of volunteer service,the discourse has pointed out the direction for the development of volunteer service with Chinese characteristics in the new era of socialism,and provided a Chinese solution for the progress of international volunteer service development.
