摘 要:社区社会组织参与社会治理既能夯实基层治理基础,搭建政民沟通桥梁,又能提升居民幸福感,而政府购买服务可有效激发其参与活动。文章以W市W社区参与政府购买社区社会组织服务的具体实践为例,依托协同治理理论,分析基层政府、社区社会组织与居民三个主体在政府购买社区社会组织服务中的协同合作过程,针对三个主体的不足提出加强监督管理、提升专业服务水平、促进居民参与等对策,以实现W社区多元化主体参与政府购买社区社会组织服务的可持续发展。The participation of community social organization in social governance not only strengthens the foundation of grassroots governance and builds a bridge between the goverment and the public,but also enhances residents'sense of happiness.Government procurement of services can fully stimulate their involution.This paper employs the case of W Community in W City as a point of reference to illustrate the theoretical concept of collaborative governance.It analyses the collaborative process between three main subjects involved in government procurement of community social organization services:the grassroots government,community social organisations and residents;to achieve sustainable development of diverse subjects participation in government procurement of community social organization services in W city,this paper poses countermeasures to address the short comings of three main subjects.These counter measures include strengthening supervision and management,improving the level of professional services and promoting residents'participation.
