摘　　要：随着社会数字化进程的持续加速,工程管理专业人才培养模式向数字化转型已势在必行。文章指出当前人才培养存在课程设置滞后、实践教学不足、校企合作不畅、教学方法传统、师资队伍薄弱等问题。为此,构建面向工程全过程数字建造的人才培养模式,以培养“四位一体”的高级专门人才。同时,提出实现该目标的路径,包括建设以数字建造知识为核心的课程体系、设计全过程实践教学内容、建立校企协同育人机制、采用“项目引领、任务驱动”教学法,以及打造“双师型”师资队伍。With the deepening of social digitalization,the digital transformation of the talent cultivation model for Engineering Management is imperative.This article points out current problems in talent cultivation,such as lagging curriculum settings,insufficient practical teaching,ineffective school-enterprise cooperation,traditional teaching methods,and a weak teaching staff.Therefore,a talent cultivation model oriented towards the entire process of digital construction in engineering is constructed to cultivate senior professionals with the"four-in-one"qualities.At the same time,implementation paths are proposed,including building a professional curriculum system centered on digital construction knowledge,designing practical teaching content for the entire construction process,establishing a school-enterprise collaborative education mechanism,adopting the"project-driven,task-oriented"teaching method,and creating a"dual-qualified"teaching staff.
