基于BERTopic模型的在线医疗社区医学知识交流主题及效率探究

摘　　要：文章利用BERTopic模型识别在线医疗社区医学知识的主题领域,结合数据包络分析方法从静态和动态两个视角测度不同医学领域知识交流效率。研究结果显示,在线医疗社区医学知识主要涉及医学文献解读、医学理论、疾病治疗及方法、药品用药和临床实践总结5个领域;不同领域知识交流效率差异较大,且多数领域投入要素配置不合理,投入产出效率存在较大提升空间;技术变化是影响在线医疗社区医学知识交流效率提升的重要因素。基于此,提出提高在线医疗社区知识交流效率的建议。This paper uses BERTopic model to identify the topic areas medical knowledge in online medical communities,combines with data envelopment analysis method to measure the knowledge exchange efficiency of different medical areas from static and dynamic perspectives.Reaearch results show that medical knowledge in online medical communities mainly involves five domains:interpretation of medical literature,medical theories,disease treatment and methods,medication and clinical practice summarization.There is a large gap between the knowledge exchange efficiency of different knowledge topics,and most of the domains have irrational allocation of input elements,there is a large room for improvement in the input-output efficiency,and technological change is an important factor influencing the enhancement of the exchange efficiency of medical knowledge in online medical communities.Based on this,suggestions are put forward to improve the efficiency of knowledge exchange in online medical communities.
