摘 要:文章基于技术接受模型和信息系统成功模型,整合沉浸理论和感知趣味理论建立元宇宙图书馆用户使用行为意向影响因素研究模型,通过结构方程模型(SEM)和模糊集定性比较分析(fsQCA)相结合的方法分析用户使用行为意向的前因条件和影响路径。SEM结果显示,信息质量、服务质量和环境氛围显著正向影响沉浸体验,沉浸体验显著正向影响感知易用性,信息质量、沉浸体验和感知易用性显著正向影响感知有用性,沉浸体验、感知有用性、感知易用性和感知趣味性显著正向影响行为意向,感知风险显著负向影响行为意向,沉浸体验在服务质量、环境氛围与行为意向之间发挥中介作用。fsQCA结果显示,5类模式可触发元宇宙图书馆用户使用行为意向,其中沉浸体验、感知有用性、感知风险3个变量发挥关键作用。据此,提出增强元宇宙图书馆用户使用行为意向的建议,即改善服务质量和环境氛围,提高用户沉浸体验;提升信息质量,满足用户信息需求;以人为本,切实提升用户感知;多措并举,降低用户感知风险。This article is based on the technology acceptance model and the information system success model,integrating immersion theory and perceived interest theory to establish a influencing factors research model of users behavioral intentions in the metaverse library.Through combination of SEM and fsQCA methods,it analyzes the antecedents and influencing paths of user behavioral intentions.The results of SEM shows,information quality,service quality,and environmental atmosphere have a significant positive impact on immersive experience;immersive experience has a significant positive impact on perceived ease of use,while information quality,immersive experience,and perceived ease of use have a significant positive impact on perceived usefulness;immersive experience,perceived usefulness,perceived ease of use,and perceived fun have a significant positive impact on behavioral intention,while perceived risk has a significant negative impact;immersive experience plays a mediating role between service quality,environmental atmosphere,and behavioral intention.The fsQCA results show that five types of patterns can trigger users'intention to use the metaverse library,among which immersion experience,perceived usefulness,and perceived risk play a key role.Based on this,suggestions are proposed to strengthen the users behavioral intention in the metaverse library:improve the service quality and environmental atmosphere,and enhance users immersive experience;improve the information quality and meet the information needs of users;put people first and effectively enhancing user perception;multiple measures taken to reduce users perceived risk.
