人本人工智能视域下智慧图书馆构建路径与服务模式

摘　　要：文章基于人本人工智能视角,借鉴认知心理学中的用户“本能—行为—反思”3级层次需求理论构建用户体验主导下智慧图书馆用户“感知—认知—识知”3级层次需求分析框架,以此为基础厘清“全景感知智能—认知增强智能—人机协同智能”智慧图书馆多层级技术实现路径,形成以人本主义为核心的智慧图书馆三元融合服务模式,进而提出人本人工智能视域下智慧图书馆构建策略,即打造立体感知的物理空间,建立包容协作的社会空间,创建关联共享的信息空间。The article is based on perspective of human-centered artificial intelligence and draws on three-level demand theory of"in-stinctbehavior-reflection"in cognitive psychology to construct three-level demand analysis framework for smart library users under the guidance of user experience,namely"perception-cognition-knowledge".Based on this,it clarifies the multi-level technical im-plementation paths of"panoramic perception intelligence-cognitive enhancement intelligence-human and machine collaborative intelli-gence"smart library,forms a three element fusion service model of smart library with humanism as the core,and proposes construction strategies of smart library under the perspective of human-centered artificial intelligence,which is to create three-dimension perception physical space,establish inclusive collaborative social space,and create related and shared information space.
