摘 要:当前,以煤矿、码头等为代表的工业企业的智能化改造需求快速增长,视觉监测系统作为智能化改造的主要方向之一,可以实现异物监测、温度监测以及故障识别等功能,在工业企业的智能化改造中具有极其重要的地位。然而工业环境具有粉尘、振动、泥浆、温差大等特点,严苛的作业环境对视觉监测系统的应用推广带来了很大的挑战。文中通过查阅相关技术文献,对工业环境的视觉监测系统的防护技术进行研究和归纳总结,对不同工况环境特点下的防护要点进行了分析和总结。结合实际项目应用案例,形成了一套针对不同工业环境的视觉监测系统防护组合方案,可为同类工业环境视觉监测系统的防护提供借鉴。Currently,the demand for intelligent transformation among industrial enterprises,such as coal mines and ports,is surging.Visual monitoring systems,as a key focus in such transformation,play an extremely important role in enabling foreign object detection,temperature monitoring,and fault identification.However,industrial environments are often characterized by dust,vibration,mud,and significant temperature variations.These harsh working conditions pose substantial challenges to the application and widespread adoption of visual monitoring systems.By reviewing relevant technical literature,the protection technologies for visual monitoring systems in industrial environments are investigated and summarized,and the key protection requirements under various working conditions and environmental characteristics are analyzed and sorted out.Drawing on practical case studies,a comprehensive set of protection portfolios tailored for visual monitoring systems in different industrial environments has been developed.These portfolios offer valuable insights for protecting similar visual monitoring systems in challenging industrial settings.
