摘 要:文中针对港口装船散料输送过程中物料破碎和扬尘等系列问题,开发缓降抑尘伸缩溜槽,解决装船入仓等散料输送过程中的系列问题。通过缓降抑尘伸缩溜筒的仿真分析和试验对比,验证1500 t/h的设计通量,符合设计预期未发生拥堵;流通段粉尘逸散控制在98%以内,出料口处粉尘逸散有效控制在0.6 m范围内;缓降溜槽有效降低物料群颗粒冲击能耗60%,延长输送路径20%。项目研究成功实现应用,可为建设绿色港口提供技术保障与参考。Addressing the issues of material crushing and dust generation during bulk material transportation in ports,a telescopic chute with slow descent and dust suppression capabilities has been developed to resolve a range of challenges associated with bulk material handling,including loading and warehousing processes.A detailed introduction to the composition principle,simulation analysis,and experimental comparison of the telescopic chute with slow descent and dust suppression features is provided.The design throughput of 1,500 tons per hour was successfully verified,with no congestion occurring,thereby meeting the design expectations.Dust emissions in the circulation section were controlled to within 98%,while dust emissions at the discharge port were effectively managed within a 0.6-meter radius.The descending chute significantly reduced the impact energy of particles in the material group by 60%and extended the conveying path by 20%.The successful application of this chute offers a technical basis and reference for constructing environmentally friendly,green ports.
