摘  要:某港口煤二期装船机冬季作业洒水采用人工上水方式,经过研究对装船机采用自动上水技术,因水箱所在位置较高,不适合与供水管直接对接,文中设计了一套用于供水管道与受水管道自动对接的上水机构,包含了自动调心机构,导轨推动机构,水管密封机构,以及位置感应机构等。该设计可以实现装船机自动对接上水,上水后自动分离,缓解工人劳动强度,提高上水效率,为冬季作业环保提供保障。In winter,the second-stage coal loader at a port traditionally relies on manual watering.However,after thorough research,an automatic watering technology has been introduced to enhance efficiency and reliability.Given that the water tank is situated at a high elevation,direct docking with the water supply pipe is impractical.To address this challenge,an innovative water feeding mechanism has been designed to enable automatic docking between the water supply pipe and the water receiving pipe.This mechanism comprises several key components:an automatic aligning mechanism,a guide rail pushing mechanism,a water pipe sealing mechanism,and a position sensing mechanism.Together,these features facilitate seamless automatic docking and water feeding for the ship loader and automatic separation after watering.This advancement not only reduces the labor intensity for workers but also significantly improves water feeding efficiency.Moreover,it provides a robust solution for ensuring smooth winter operations and supporting environmental protection efforts.
