摘  要:论文研究了两种织物内增强型TPO防水卷材的成分和性能,不同TPO防水卷材产品的TPO材料含量、填料含量、阻燃剂含量不同,TPO材料中PP和PE的比例也不同。两种TPO防水卷材的拉伸性能都满足国家标准的规定,热老化后拉伸性能的保持率也能达到国家标准的要求。比较这2种TPO防水卷材,FSJC-1样品的热老化性能保持率和颜色保持性要优于FSJC-3样品。This article studies the composition and properties of two types of internally fabric reinforced TPO waterproof sheet.Different TPO waterproof sheet products have different TPO material content,filler content,flame retardant content,and the proportion of PP and PE in the TPO material is also different.The tensile properties of both TPO waterproof sheets meet the requirements of national standards,and the retention rate of tensile properties after heat aging can also meet the requirements of national standards.Comparing these two types of TPO waterproof sheets,the heat aging performance retention rate and color retention of FSJC-1 sample are better than those of FSJC-3 sample.
