摘 要:随着我国经济社会的快速发展,特别是超高层超大型建筑如雨后春笋般涌现,其桩基特点是直径大承载力高,有的承载力甚至达到六七千吨,超过我国目前静载及高应变的最大吨位(5 000 t),检测方法却非常有限。钻芯法检测成为大直径大承载力桩基不可或缺的检测方法之一,如何保证钻芯法检测的质量成为桩基质量监控最关键的一环,笔者结合自己多年的实际工作经验从钻探前、钻探中、钻探后三个方面论述了基桩钻芯法检测全过程的质量监控要点。With the rapid development of China's economy and society,especially super high-rise and super large buildings spring up like bamboo shoots,the pile foundation is characterized by large diameter and high bearing capacity,and some bearing capacity even reaches six or seven thousand tons,often exceeding the maximum tonnage(5000t)of static load and high strain in our country.The testing methods are often very limited.The core drilling method has become one of the indispensable testing methods of large diameter and large bearing capacity pile foundation,and how to ensure the quality of the core drilling method has become the most critical part of the quality control of pile foundation.The author discusses the quality control points of the whole process of the core drilling method from three aspects:before drilling,drilling and drilling.
