摘 要:实现双碳目标是我国的战略方针。建筑工程领域能耗大,节能减排迫在眉睫。推出绿色、节能的建筑产品,同时也为老百姓建造更宜居的房屋,是近年来的研究热点,被动式建筑的概念应运而生。被动式建筑特殊的节能构造、气密性要求、热回收系统是项目的重点。论文以一实际工程案例为例,通过文字描述与示意图方式对被动式建筑关键节能技术进行论述,并对被动式建筑的发展展望提出建议和思考。Realizing the dual carbon target is China's strategic policy.The energy consumption in the field of construction engineering is high,and energy conservation and emission reduction are urgently needed.Introducing green and energy-efficient building products,while also building more livable houses for the people,has been a research hotspot in recent years,and the concept of passive houses has emerged.The special energy-saving structure,airtightness requirements,and heat recovery system of passive building construction are the focus of the project.The paper takes a practical engineering case as an example to discuss the key energy-saving technologies of passive house construction through text description and schematic diagram,and puts forward suggestions and thoughts on the development prospects of passive houses.
