摘  要:开展市政道路井圈卸荷板加固技术研究,目的就是为了提高井圈的抗拉强度,利用荷载应力传递规律,分散应力,解决检查井井盖沉降及周边道路质量通病等问题。本文简要总结通过井圈加固层反开挖、钢筋加工、模板制作与混凝土浇筑、吊运安装预制卸荷板、安装高程控制、安装检查井井盖、摊铺沥青混凝土等一系列标准化工艺措施,同时基于克服传统工艺的不足,研发提高安装卸荷板效率及质量的方法。相较于传统施工工艺,井圈卸荷板采取现场加固制作、预制安装,简化工序,提高了施工效率,保护了现有完成面。通过实例证明,此加固施工技术应用,检查井井圈的抗拉强度得到显著提升,进一步提高了检查井的整体施工质量。The research on the reinforcement technology of the municipal road well-loading version is to improve the tensile strength of the well circle,use the load stress to transmit the law,decentralized stress,and solve problems such as inspection of the sinking of the well cover and the general problems of the surrounding roads.This article briefly summarizes a series of standardized process measures such as reinforcement layers of reinforcement layer,steel processing,template production and concrete pouring,lifting prefabricated loading board,high-primary control,installation and inspection of the manhole cover,paving asphalt concrete,etc.Based on the lack of traditional craftsmanship,research and development can improve the efficiency and quality of installation and loading plates.Compared with the traditional construction technology,the well-unloading version of the well has adopted on-site reinforcement production and prefabricated installation,simplified work processes,improved construction efficiency,and protecting the existing completion surface.Through examples,this reinforcement construction technology application has improved the tensile strength of the well circle significantly,which further improves the overall construction quality of the inspection well.
