摘　　要：砖烟囱在上世纪被广泛建设应用,随着城市的快速发展和产业升级,绝大多数已经停用、废弃。烟囱寄存着时代的记忆,保留废旧烟囱不仅能承载历史,还能突出城市特色,具有很大的保留价值。但废旧烟囱普遍存在建造年代久远、建设资料缺失、缺乏日常维护、检测鉴定难度大等特点,也存在一定的安全隐患。论文以北京地区某工业废旧砖烟囱为例,对其结构检测与鉴定分析进行了系统介绍,可为类似项目提供参考。Brick chimneys were widely built and used in the last century,and with the rapid development of cities and industrial upgrading,most of them have been decommissioned and abandoned.The chimney stores the memory of the times,and the preservation of the old chimney can not only carry the history,but also highlight the characteristics of the city,which has great preservation value.Waste chimneys are generally characterized by long construction age,lack of construction materials,lack of daily maintenance,and difficult detection and identification,and also have certain potential safety hazards.This paper takes an industrial waste brick chimney in Beijing as an example,and systematically introduces its structural detection and identification analysis,which can provide reference for similar projects.
