摘 要:论文以武汉沿江地质情况和轨道交通保护范围为条件,以某两层地下室和 5-11 层框剪结构建筑为案例,根据所选上部结构和地下地质的特点,对该结构在具体地质条件下的地基基础选型进行了全方位的分析,从安全性、经济性、施工便捷性以及对周边环境的影响等方面着手,综合对比分析了 PHC 管桩和冲(钻)孔灌注桩方案的优缺点,通过综合对比分析得出 PHC管桩方案适用于该地质条件。Based on the geological conditions along the Yangtze River in Wuhan and the protection range of rail transit,this article takes a two-story basement and a 5-11 story frame shear structure building as a case study.According to the characteristics of the selected upper structure and underground geology,a comprehensive analysis is conducted on the foundation selection of the structure under specific geological conditions.Starting from safety,economy,construction convenience,and impact on the surrounding environment,the advantages and disadvantages of PHC pipe pile and punching(drilling)hole grouting pile schemes are comprehensively compared and analyzed.Through comprehensive comparative analysis,it is concluded that PHC pipe pile scheme is suitable for this geological condition.
