摘 要:为满足西安某超高层结构施工中垂直和水平运输要求,本项目施工选用建造平台与内爬式塔机相结合的施工机械,由于建造平台底部与支撑钢梁相互位置关系复杂,为了塔机与建造平台能够协同顶升,论文主要从塔机与建造平台提升规划、塔机钢梁倒运措施、内挂架活动开合装置设计等方法进行研究,通过工程应用实践验证,内爬塔机的使用安全、简便,有效减少内爬塔吊倒运时间,节省了施工工期和成本,可为类似超高层建筑核心筒结构施工提供参考。In order to meet the requirements of vertical and horizontal transportation for the construction of the super high-rise structure,the construction machinery combined with the construction platform and the internal climbing tower crane is selected for the construction of this project,in order to lift the tower crane and the construction platform in coordination,this paper mainly studies the lifting planning of the tower crane and the construction platform,the measures of the tower crane steel beam reversal,the design of the movable opening and closing device of the inner pylon,etc.,through the engineering application practice,it is proved that the tower crane is safe and simple,and it can effectively reduce the inverted time of the tower crane,save the construction period and cost,and provide reference for the construction of similar super high-rise building core tube structure.
