摘 要:作为历史最悠久的屋面形式之一,挂瓦坡屋面大量运用于建筑中,尤其在成片建设的别墅群建筑中更是常见,与建筑立面一同构成建筑外形的丰富多彩。而长久以来,坡屋面上的块瓦挂装系统一般采用木龙骨或薄壁钢管龙骨,需耗用木材或动用明火施工。本文在传统块瓦挂装工艺基础上,通过工程实践,采用一种全程机械连接的钢龙骨进行屋面瓦的挂装施工,并且龙骨高度易调节,符合当前绿色、低碳、环保施工要求,不明显增加成本,以期为屋面块瓦挂装施工提供参考。As one of the oldest forms of roofing in history,tiled sloping roofs are widely used in buildings,especially in villas built in blocks.Together with the building facade,they form a rich and colorful appearance of the building.For a long time,the tile hanging system on sloping roofs has generally used wooden or thin-walled steel pipe keels,which require the use of wood or open flames for construction.On the basis of traditional tile hanging technology and through engineering practice,this article adopts a fully mechanically connected steel keel for roof tile hanging construction,and the height of the keel is easy to adjust,which meets the current green,low-carbon,and environmental construction requirements without significantly increasing costs,which is hoped to provide reference for roof tile hanging construction.
