手工铺砂法密实性对构造深度测定的影响研究

摘  要:手工铺砂法测试路面构造深度方法是评定路面表面抗滑性能的主要方法之一,针对手工铺砂法中量砂密实性对其测定结果准确性的影响,结合现场测试方法,选取装样层数和叩打次数作为主要影响因素,各取5个水平进行试验研究,结果表明两个试验因素对砂样振实密度性影响都比较显著,在量砂筒中部的两侧对称叩打相同次数,随叩打次数和装样层数的增加装砂密实性都呈增大的趋势,存在振实密度的最大值。为使路面构造深度的测定结果更准确,实际测定时应选择最不利条件,水泥混凝土路面构造深度测定时建议对量砂粒径范围进行更换或对其评定标准进行修正。The manual sand paving method is one of the main methods to evaluate the skid resistance of pavement surface;in view of the influence of sand compactness in the manual sand paving method on the accuracy of the measurement results,combined with the field test method,the number of sample layers and the number of taps is selected as the main influencing factors,and five levels are taken for test research.The results show that the two test factors have a significant impact on the vibro compaction density of sand samples,on both sides of the middle part of the measuring cylinder,the same number of times of symmetrical percussion will increase the sand loading compactness with the increase of percussion times and the number of sample layers,and there will be a maximum value of vibrating density.In order to make the measurement result of pavement texture depth more accurate,the most unfavorable conditions shall be selected for actual measurement.The range of sand particle size measured for cement concrete pavement texture depth shall be replaced or its evaluation standard shall be modified.
