摘 要:现浇混凝土结构窗洞口模板是由窗侧墙、窗台墙及过梁等构件合围组构的模板体系,由于传统施工技术对结构细部处理的局限与不足,一直是现浇剪力墙钢木组合模板安装的薄弱环节,现浇实体构件存在不同程度的质量缺陷,严重影响了结构工程质量及后续窗框安装作业。本文基于窗洞口模板体系的受力机理及缺陷成因分析,弥补传统工艺的技术瓶颈,制订预防与改进措施,以期提升现浇剪力墙工程的施工质量,并促进降本增效、节材环保。TThe cast-in-place concrete structure window opening formwork is a formwork system composed of window side walls,window sill walls,and lintels.Due to the limitations and shortcomings of traditional construction techniques in the treatment of structural details,it has always been a weak link in the installation of cast-in-place shear wall steel wood composite formwork.The cast-in-place solid components have varying degrees of quality defects,seriously affecting the quality of structural engineering and subsequent window frame installation operations.This article is based on the analysis of the stress mechanism and defect causes of the window opening template system,to make up for the technical bottleneck of traditional processes,formulate prevention and improvement measures,in order to improve the construction quality of cast-in-place shear wall engineering,and promote cost reduction,efficiency improvement,material conservation,and environmental protection.
