摘  要:基于2022年广西公益林专题数据库中有林地数据,从林分结构、立地条件和环境效益三方面构建指标体系,使用熵权-TOPSIS法综合评价广西14个市、8个生态区位、5个龄组以及13个林种公益林的平均质量状况,为公益林的监测、评估和科学管理以及生态环境保护工作提供参考。结果表明:公顷蓄积、土层厚度和平均胸径的总权重为68.5%;全区多数市级单位的公益林相对贴近度(Proximity,P)为0.39~0.59,质量等级为中等。荒漠化和水土流失严重地区以及其他区位的面积占全区的66.7%,森林平均质量各为差和良(P=0.21,0.69);从幼龄林到成熟林,森林的面积减少,质量逐渐变优(P=0.47~0.87)。过熟林的面积最少、质量最低(P=0.16);防护林面积占全区的71.8%,质量普遍为差(P=0.21~0.35);特种用途林质量各有不同(P=0.17~0.85)。评价结果综合说明广西公益林保护工作仍有很大发展空间,需重点关注荒漠化和水土流失严重区域中处于中幼龄级的防护林类型。Based on forest land data from Guangxi Public Welfare Forests Database of 2022,an indicator system was developed from three aspects:stand structure,site conditions,and environmental benefits.The Entropy Weight and TOPSIS methods were used to comprehensively evaluate the average quality of public welfare forests across 14 cities,8 ecological regions,5 age groups,and 13 forest types in Guangxi.The results provided valuable references for the monitoring,assessment,scientific management,and ecological environmental protection of public welfare forests.The findings indicated that the total weight of hectare volume,soil layer thickness,and average diameter at breast height accounted for 68.5%.The proximity index(P)for the whole Guangxi and most cities in Guangxi ranged from 0.39 to 0.59,suggesting a moderate quality level.Areas with severe desertification and soil erosion,as well as other ecological locations,accounted for 66.7%of Guangxi,with the average forest quality classified as poor and good respectively(P=0.21,0.69).From young forests to mature forests,the area of forests decreases,and the quality gradually improves(P=0.47-0.87).Over-mature forests have the smallest area and the lowest quality(P=0.16).Protective forests account for 71.8%of Guangxi,and their quality was generally poor(P=0.21-0.35).The quality of special-purpose forests varied(P=0.17-0.85).These results indicated that there was still significant potential for improving public welfare forest protection in Guangxi.Special attention should be given to protection of young and middle-aged protective forest types in areas with severe desertification and soil erosion.
