摘　　要：社会形态演化进入算法社会新阶段,党的民族工作也呈现出新的阶段性特征。算法推荐技术凭借数字化、体系化、自动化、大众化、生活化、精准化的特点,为铸牢中华民族共同体意识宣传教育提供了强大的计算能力。该技术赋能铸牢中华民族共同体意识宣传教育的观念、技术、内容、形式、治理等关键层次的逻辑机理为以技术运用创新宣传教育模式,以资源整合实现宣传教育有形有感有效,以智能分析提高宣传教育针对性,赋能关键在培养信息意识和算法素养,利用大数据建模技术,提高资源整合能力,搭建凝聚共识学习平台,加强信息监督与治理,为构建全方位、多层次、立体化的铸牢中华民族共同体意识宣传教育体系提供强大技术支撑。The evolution of social structures has entered a new phase characterized by the algorithmic society,and the Communist Party of Chinese ethnic work has also exhibited new stage-specific characteristics.Algorithmic recommendation technology,with its digital,systematic,automated,popular,life-oriented,and precise features,provides formidable computational power for the propaganda and education aimed at fostering a strong sense of community among the Chinese nation.This technology empowers key dimensions of such propaganda and education,including conceptual frameworks,technical methods,content design,presentation formats,and governance mechanisms.Its underlying logic involves innovating the mode of propaganda and education through technological application,achieving tangible,perceptible,and effective outcomes through resource integration,and enhancing the relevance and precision of propaganda and education through intelligent analysis.The core of this empowerment lies in cultivating information awareness and algorithmic literacy,leveraging big data modeling techniques to improve resource integration capabilities,building consensus-driven learning platforms,and strengthening information supervision and governance.These efforts provide robust technical support for constructing a comprehensive,multi-level,and multi-dimensional system of propaganda and education to forge the sense of community for the Chinese nation.
