摘　　要：作为一种新型生产力形态,智能算法提高了信息处理和分发的效率,为网络空间铸牢中华民族共同体意识提供了新机遇。从价值机理看,智能算法在巩固铸牢中华民族共同体意识的文化记忆、夯实铸牢中华民族共同体意识的思想基础、奠定铸牢中华民族共同体意识的情感基调等方面发挥着重要作用。从风险困囿看,算法滥用带来的算法偏见、算法牢笼、算法崇拜等风险严重阻碍着智能算法赋能效果的实现。具体表现为:“娱乐成瘾”侵蚀中华民族共同体生活叙事的阐释力、“信息茧房”削弱中华民族共同体学理叙事的传播力、“深度伪造”扰乱中华民族共同体历史叙事的权威力。对此,从价值层面引领算法,壮大官方主流媒体内容供给的影响力;从制度层面规范算法,强化算法信息推送服务的法律约束力;从技术层面优化算法,增强算法逻辑缺陷和安全漏洞的修复力;从主体层面驾驭算法,提升受众对网络舆情信息的反思鉴别力。As a new form of productivity,intelligent algorithms improve the efficiency of information processing and distribution,and it provides new opportunities for forging the sense of community for Chinese nation in cyberspace.From the perspective of the value mechanism,intelligent algorithms play an important role in consolidating the cultural memory of the sense of community for Chinese nation,consolidating the ideological foundation of the sense of community for Chinese nation,and laying the emotional tone of it.From the perspective of risk,the algorithm bias,algorithm cage and algorithm worship risks brought about by algorithm abuse seriously hinder the realization of the empowerment effect of intelligent algorithms.Specifically,entertainment addiction erodes the explanatory power of the life narrative of the Chinese community,information cocoon weakens the dissemination power of the doctoral narrative of the Chinese community,and deep forgery disrupts the authority of the historical narrative of the Chinese community.In this regard,it is necessary to lead the algorithm from the value level and strengthen the influence of the official mainstream media content supply,and standardize the algorithm from the institutional level and strengthen the legal binding of the algorithm information push service,and optimize the algorithm from the technical level to enhance the repair of algorithm logical defects and security vulnerabilities,and control the algorithm from the subject level to improve the audience as well,which reflects and discriminates the online public opinion information.
