摘　　要：建设绿色智慧的数字生态文明,是一体推进数字中国与美丽中国建设、实现人与自然和谐共生现代化的必然要求。数字生态文明作为数智时代的独特文明形态,在文明发展范式绿色化转型、科学技术变革数智化趋势与数字中国建设生态化要求同期交叠的复合语境下出场,整体呈现出“人—数字—自然”互构共生系统、“数字化”和“绿色化”交融耦合过程及“传统生态文明”数智化进阶样态的三维内涵面相,旨在通过推动生态环境智慧治理、促进数字化绿色化协同转型与倡导绿色智慧生活方式,为全面推进美丽中国建设提供战略支撑。The construction of a green and intelligent digital ecological civilization is an inevitable requirement for promoting the construction of digital China and a beautiful China and realizing the modernization of harmonious coexistence between man and nature.As a unique form of civilization in the era of digital intelligence,digital ecological civilization appears in the composite context of the green transformation of civilization development paradigm,the trend of digital intelligence in scientific and technological transformation,and the ecological requirements of digital China’s construction at the same time.Advocate a green and smart lifestyle,and provide strategic support for comprehensively promoting the construction of a beautiful China.
