数字金融、产业集聚与新质生产力发展

摘　　要：数字金融有助于优化资源配置,加快产业集聚,助推新质生产力发展。基于2011—2021年全国省级面板数据,综合运用双固定效应模型和中介模型,深入分析数字金融对地区新质生产力的影响。结果表明,数字金融对地区新质生产力呈现正向影响,并且在东部地区、数字金融发展水平较高地区及市场化程度较高地区更加显著。在数字金融促进地区新质生产力发展中,数字产业集聚发挥着中介作用。鉴于此,应加快构建有利于新质生产力发展的市场环境,提升数字金融服务水平,推动数字金融和数字技术均衡发展,打造数字产业集群。Digital finance is conducive to optimizing resource allocation,accelerating industrial agglomeration,and facilitating the development of new quality productivity.Based on the provincial panel data of the whole country from 2011 to 2021,by comprehensively applying the double fixed effect model and the mediation model,an in-depth analysis is conducted on the influence of digital finance on regional new quality productivity and its transmission paths.The results indicate that digital finance has a positive impact on regional new quality productivity,and this impact is more pronounced in the eastern region,regions with a higher level of digital finance development,and regions with a higher degree of marketization.Digital industrial agglomeration plays an intermediary role in the development of regional new quality productivity promoted by digital finance.In light of this,it is necessary to accelerate the construction of a market environment conducive to new-quality productivity,enhance the service level of digital finance,promote the balanced development of digital finance and digital technology,and build digital industrial clusters.
