摘 要:为筛选适宜湖南省宁乡市轻度镉污染稻田的土壤调理剂,以玉针香和创两优669为供试水稻品种,设置3种土壤调理剂(石灰、生物炭、钙镁水滑石)处理,并以不施土壤调理剂的处理为对照(CK),对不同处理的晚稻产量、镉含量及土壤有效镉含量进行比较分析。结果表明:3种土壤调理剂均可显著提高土壤pH,显著降低土壤有效镉含量,且水稻生育前期以石灰效果较好,齐穗期后以钙镁水滑石效果较好;3种土壤调理剂均可提高晚稻各生育时期的干物质积累量和产量,其中生物炭与钙镁水滑石处理的产量显著高于CK处理;3种土壤调理剂均显著降低了水稻各部位镉含量,其中钙镁水滑石和生物炭的降镉效果较好,其糙米镉含量分别较CK下降17.65%~19.59%和15.38%~18.04%,其中玉针香的糙米镉含量分别从0.221 mg/kg降至0.182 mg/kg和0.187 mg/kg,创两优669糙米镉含量从0.194 mg/kg降至0.156 mg/kg和0.159 mg/kg。土壤调理剂对2个水稻品种均有增产、降镉效应,且对玉针香的作用效果更好。综合分析,宁乡市轻度镉污染稻田的适宜土壤调理剂为生物炭与钙镁水滑石。In order to screen suitable soil conditioners for lightly cadmium-contaminated rice fields in Ningxiang City,Hu-nan Province,Yuzhenxiang and Chuangliangyou 669 were used as test rice varieties in this experiment,and three soil con-ditioners(lime,biochar,calcium-magnesium hydrotalcite)were treated,and the treatment without soil conditioner was used as the control(CK)to compare and analyze the late season rice yield,cadmium content and soil available cadmium content of different treatments.The results showed that,the three soil conditioners could significantly increase soil pH and significantly reduce soil available cadmium content.Lime had a better effect in the early stage of rice growth,and calciummagnesium hydrotalcite had a better effect after the full heading stage.The three soil conditioners could increase the dry matter accumulation and yield of late season rice at various stages,among which the yield of biochar and calcium-magne-sium hydrotalcite treatment was significantly higher than that of CK treatment.All three soil conditioners significantly re-duced the cadmium content in various parts of rice.Among them,calcium-magnesium hydrotalcite and biochar treatments had better effects on reducing cadmium.The cadmium content of brown rice decreased by 17.65%-19.59%and 15.38%-18.04%respectively compared with CK.The cadmium content of brown rice in Yuzhenxiang dropped from 0.221 mg/kg to 0.182 mg/kg and 0.187 mg/kg respectively.The cadmium content of Chuangliangyou 669 brown rice dropped from 0.194 mg/kg to 0.156 mg/kg and 0.159 mg/kg.Soil conditioners have increased production and reduced cadmium effects on both varieties,and have a better effect on Yuzhenxiang.Comprehensive analysis shows that the suitable soil conditioners for mildly cadmium-contaminated rice fields in Ningxiang City are biochar and calcium-magnesium hydrotalcite.
