外源褪黑素对铅胁迫下小麦幼苗生长和生理特性的影响

摘  要:以具有不同抗铅(Pb)胁迫能力的小麦品种小偃15和商麦5226为试材,以100、200μmol/L的Pb进行胁迫处理,设置0(对照)、10、100、500μmol/L 4个褪黑素处理,探讨外源褪黑素对Pb胁迫环境中小麦幼苗生长和生理特性的影响。结果表明:在100、200μmol/L的Pb胁迫处理下,随着褪黑素摩尔浓度的增加,小麦幼苗的苗长和根长呈明显增加趋势,可溶性糖、脯氨酸和丙二醛的含量呈明显下降趋势。10、100μmol/L的外源褪黑素作用效果较好,其小麦幼苗的芽长和根长分别较对照高18.94%~120.59%和9.16%~166.42%,可溶性糖、脯氨酸、丙二醛下降幅度分别为24.98%~47.94%、4.24%~45.57%和0.82%~6.81%。100μmol/L的褪黑素可以有效缓解Pb胁迫对小麦幼苗的伤害;小偃15的Pb耐受性强于商麦5226。Using wheat varieties Xiaoyan 15 and Shangmai 5226 with different resistance to lead(Pb)stress,as test mate-rials,100 and 200μmol/L Pb were stressed,and 4 melatonin treatments of 0(control),10,100 and 500μmol/L were set up to investigate the effects of exogenous melatonin on the growth and physiology of wheat seedlings under Pb stress.The results showed that under Pb stress treatments of 100μmol/L and 200μmol/L,with the increase of melatonin molar con-centration,the seedling length and root length of wheat seedlings showed a significant increase trend,and the contents of soluble sugar,proline and malondialdehyde showed a significant decrease trend.Exogenous melatonin at doses of 10μmol/L and 100μmol/L had better effects.The seedling and root lengths of wheat seedlings were 18.94%-120.59%and 9.16%-166.42%higher than those of the control respectively,and soluble sugar,proline and malondialdehyde decreased by 24.98%-47.94%,4.24%-45.57%and 0.82%-6.81%,respectively.100μmol/L melatonin can effectively alleviate the damage caused by Pb stress on wheat seedlings.Xiaoyan 15 has stronger Pb tolerance than Shangmai 5226.
