不同水分含量贮藏对水稻种子活力的影响

摘  要:为探究水稻种子贮藏的适宜含水量,以杂交稻晶两优华占和隆两优534为材料,在室温与4℃低温贮藏条件下,对不同水分含量贮藏处理水稻种子的活力指标、膜透性及抗氧化酶活性进行比较分析。结果表明:随着种子含水量的降低,种子活力指标升高,室温贮藏条件下种子的活力指标低于4℃低温贮藏条件,且变幅大于4℃低温贮藏条件;随着含水量的降低,种子的丙二醛(MDA)含量、相对电导率、过氧化氢含量与超氧阴离子含量降低,过氧化物酶(POD)与过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性提高;4℃低温贮藏条件下,水稻种子的MDA含量、相对电导率、过氧化氢与超氧阴离子含量低于室温贮藏条件,POD活性与CAT活性则高于室温贮藏条件。晶两优华占以水分含量4.05%、4℃低温贮藏处理的种子活力较高,隆两优534则以水分含量6.10%、4℃低温贮藏处理的种子活力较高。综合分析,低水分含量与低温条件贮藏有利于保持水稻种子活力。In order to explore the suitable water content for storage of rice seeds,hybrid rice Jingliangyou Huazhan and Longliangyou 534 were used as materials to compare the vitality indicators,membrane permeability and antioxidant enzyme activities of rice seeds stored with different water contents under room temperature and low temperature storage conditions of 4℃.The results showed that with the decrease of seed water content,the seed vitality index increased,and the seed vi-tality index under room temperature storage was lower than that under 4℃low temperature storage,and the variation was greater than that under 4℃low temperature storage.With the decrease of seed water content,the malondialdehyde(MDA)content,relative conductivity,hydrogen peroxide content and superoxide anion content of seeds decreased,and the activities of peroxidase(POD)and catalase(CAT)increased;Under low temperature storage at 4℃,the MDA content,relative conductivity,hydrogen peroxide and superoxide anion content of rice seeds were lower than those stored at room tempera-ture,while the POD activity and CAT activity were higher than those stored at room temperature.The seed vitality of Jing-liangyou Huazhan treated with water content 4.05%and low temperature storage at 4℃was higher,while the seed vitality of Longliangyou 534 treated with water content 6.10%and low temperature storage at 4℃was higher.Comprehensive a-nalysis shows that low seed moisture content and low temperature storage are conducive to maintaining rice seed vitality.
