摘 要:为了探讨引发剂和引发时间对引发水稻种子劣变的影响,找到减缓水稻种子劣变的最优参数组合,为水稻种子引发技术的研发应用提供依据,本研究以杂交稻创两优茉莉占的商品种子为供试材料,采用完全随机设计,设置4个引发剂(蒸馏水、5%聚乙二醇、10%聚乙二醇、20%聚乙二醇)、3个引发时间(12、24、36 h)和2个种子老化处理(人工加速老化和不老化对照),对不同处理水稻种子的发芽特性和幼苗素质进行比较分析。结果显示:在不老化条件下,引发处理水稻种子的发芽属性和幼苗素质优于非引发的对照处理,以采用20%聚乙二醇且引发时间为24 h的处理水稻种子的发芽指数和幼苗素质最高,分别较非引发对照提高了5%~35%和4%~15%。在人工老化条件下,引发时间为12、24、36 h的处理水稻种子发芽率下降幅度分别为4.49%、7.77%和15.92%,表明水稻种子的劣变速度随引发时间的增加而加快;在引发36 h条件下,引发剂为蒸馏水、5%聚乙二醇、10%聚乙二醇、20%聚乙二醇时水稻种子发芽率下降幅度分别为33.15%、18.64%、18.39%和3.92%,表明加大引发剂聚乙二醇的质量浓度可延缓种子劣变。同时,引发剂和引发时间存在显著交互作用,不同引发处理效应的差异可能跟种子吸水速度相关。因此,增加引发剂聚乙二醇的质量浓度和缩短引发时间能有效减缓引发水稻种子的劣变。The present study was carried out to evaluate the effects of initiator and priming duration on deterioration of primed rice seeds,and to determine the optimal priming parameters that alleviate the fast deterioration of primed rice seeds.The experiment was arranged as completed randomized design with four initiators(distilled water,5%polyethylene glycol,10%polyethylene glycol and 20%polyethylene glycol),three priming durations(12,24 and 36 h),and two seed aging treatments(non-aged control and artificial accelerated aging).The seed germination and seedling growth related attributes were then determined.The results showed that under non-aged condition,seed priming accelerated seed germina-tion and promoted seedling growth,and the highest increase was observed under 20%polyethylene glycol treatment and 24 h priming duration,as the germination index and vigor index of that was improved by 5%-35%and 4%-15%,respec-tively as compared with non-primed control.Under accelerated aging condition,the decrease in seed germination of primed rice seeds were 4.49%,7.77%and 15.92%with the priming duration of 12,24 and 36 h,respectively,which suggested that the increase in priming duration accelerated the deterioration of primed rice seeds.Meanwhile,33.15%,18.64%,18.39%and 3.92%of decrease in seed germination was observed with the use of distilled water,5%polyethylene glycol,10%polyethylene glycol and 20%polyethylene glycol,respectively.In addition,there was a significant interaction between priming concentration and priming duration,and the differences in effects between priming treatments might be related to the rate of seed water absorption.In summary,the present study suggested that both priming duration and priming concen-tration significantly affect primed seed deterioration,the relatively high priming concentration and short priming duration might be effective to alleviate the fast deterioration of primed rice seeds.
