摘 要:文章综述了近年来国内外关于乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)无卤阻燃的研究进展,重点针对氢氧化镁(MH)和红磷(RP)两种无卤阻燃剂,通过氧指数测试、垂直燃烧实验等方法,系统研究了EVA无卤阻燃体系的燃烧性能。实验结果表明,MH与RP在EVA中表现出显著的阻燃协同效应,能够有效提升材料的阻燃性能。随着RP添加比例的增加,体系的氧指数和垂直燃烧级别显著提高,验证了二者协同作用的有效性,为EVA无卤阻燃材料的开发提供了参考。The article summarizes the research progress on halogen-free flame retardancy of ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer(EVA)at home and abroad in recent years,with a focus on two halogen-free flame retardants,magnesium hydroxide(MH)and red phosphorus(RP).Through methods such as oxygen index testing and vertical combustion experiments,the combustion performance of EVA halogen-free flame retardant system was systematically studied.The experimental results show that MH and RP exhibit significant synergistic flame retardant effects in EVA,which can effectively improve the flame retardant performance of the material.With the increase of RP addition ratio,the oxygen index and vertical combustion level of the system significantly improved,verifying the effectiveness of their synergistic effect and providing reference for the development of EVA halogen-free flame retardant materials.
