摘 要:文章研究了二氧化硅孔隙率对亚光聚酯切片及其薄膜性能的影响。结果表明:孔隙率越高,亚光聚酯切片结晶温度、熔点和端羧基含量几乎不变,但特性黏度会逐渐变低。此外,孔隙率升高会导致亚光聚酯薄膜透光率和光泽度先降低后升高,雾度和白度先升高后降低,产品整体亚光效果先变好后变差。最后,分析了孔隙率导致亚光效果变化的原因,为亚光聚酯产品生产提供一定参考。In this paper,the effect of silicon dioxide porosity on the properties of matte polyester chips and their films was studied.The results show that the higher porosity,the crystallization temperature,melting point and carboxyl content of matt polyester chips are almost unchanged,but the intrinsic viscosity will gradually decrease.In addition,the increase of porosity will lead to the first decrease and then increase of the light transmittance and glossiness of matte polyester film,the first increase and then the decrease of haze and whiteness,and the overall matte effect of the product will first improve and then deteriorate.Finally,the reasons for the change of matte effect caused by porosity are analyzed,which provides a certain reference for the production of matte polyester products.
