摘 要:通过添加不同量的CNTs制备了CNTs水泥基材料,并研究了其在不同龄期下的力学性能。使用SEM对CNTs的微观形貌进行了观察,并利用微机控制电液伺服万能试验机测试了样品的力学性能。研究还探究了CNTs对水泥基材料力学性能提升的机理。结果表明,CNTs在水泥基材料的微观结构中起到了填充和桥接的作用,促进了水化产物的形成,加快了水化速率,从而提高了水泥基材料的力学性能。随着CNTs添加量的增加,水泥基材料的抗折和抗压强度起初呈现出上升的趋势,但这种趋势随后转为下降。当CNTs的掺量增加到一定程度时,它们之间可能会因为范德华力等相互作用力而发生团聚,这可能会导致水泥基材料的微观结构出现新的孔洞或缺陷,从而降低了材料的力学性能。CNTs cement-based materials were prepared by adding different amounts of CNTs,and their mechanical properties at different ages were studied.The microstructure of CNTs was observed using SEM,and the mechanical properties of the samples were tested using a computer-controlled electro-hydraulic servo universal testing machine.The study also explored the mechanism by which CNTs enhance the mechanical properties of cement-based materials.The results indicate that CNTs play a role in filling and bridging the microstructure of cement-based materials,promoting the formation of hydration products and accelerating the hydration rate,thereby improving the mechanical properties of cement-based materials.With the increase of CNTs addition,the flexural and compressive strength of cementbased materials initially showed an upward trend,but this trend later turned into a decrease.When the content of CNTs increases to a certain extent,they may agglomerate due to interactions such as van der Waals forces,which may lead to new pores or defects in the microstructure of cement-based materials,thereby reducing their mechanical properties.
