摘 要:工业生产中通常采用辛酸亚锡催化丙交酯开环聚合来制备高分子量聚乳酸。然而,辛酸亚锡的剧毒性限制了聚乳酸产品在医药行业的应用。因此,本研究采用无毒无害的以钛、锌、铁为金属中心的乙酰丙酮金属络合物作为催化剂,开展了丙交酯开环聚合实验,成功制备了符合医药行业要求的高分子量聚乳酸。在整个合成过程中无须分离催化剂,实现了绿色合成工艺,为产品的工业化生产奠定了基础。本研究还考察了催化剂用量、聚合温度、聚合时间对聚合物特性黏度的影响,发现当聚合温度为175℃、真空度为250 Pa、乙酰丙酮锌用量为0.05%、反应时间为10 h时为最佳制备条件。在此条件下所得PLA的重均分子量为1.7×10^(5),产品收率达到87%。High molecular weight polylactic acid is usually prepared by ring opening polymerization of propylene ester catalyzed by stannous octoate in industrial production.However,the high toxicity of stannous octoate limits the application of polylactic acid products in the pharmaceutical industry.Therefore,this study used non-toxic and harmless acetylacetone metal complexes centered on titanium,zinc,and iron as catalysts to carry out ring opening polymerization experiments of lactide,successfully preparing high molecular weight polylactic acid that meets the requirements of the pharmaceutical industry.Throughout the entire synthesis process,there is no need to separate the catalyst,achieving a green synthesis process and laying the foundation for industrial production of the product.This study also investigated the effects of catalyst dosage,polymerization temperature,and polymerization time on the intrinsic viscosity of the polymer.It was found that the optimal preparation conditions were at a polymerization temperature of 175℃,a vacuum degree of 250 Pa,a zinc acetylacetonate dosage of 0.05%,and a reaction time of 10 h.Under these conditions,the weight average molecular weight of PLA obtained was 1.7×10^(5),and the product yield reached 87%.
