摘 要:文章研究了一种废旧聚酯醇解生产双阳离子表面活性剂的工艺,旨在实现废旧聚酯的有效回收利用。该工艺采用三步法完成聚酯醇解双阳离子表面活性剂的生产:首先,通过去离子水烘干醇解法获得废旧聚酯单体;其次,利用催化反应法进行重结晶反应,制备氯化中间体;最后,采用丙酮正交反应法合成最终的双阳离子表面活性剂。研究结果表明,该工艺制备的双阳离子表面活性剂性能优良。其产率随温度和lg-C浓度的增加而提高,临界胶束浓度(CMC)则逐渐降低。此外,使用油酸参与醇解反应所制备的表面活性剂表现出更高的乳化稳定性和亲和力。本研究开发的废旧聚酯醇解生产双阳离子表面活性剂的工艺,能够有效实现聚酯的回收利用,为减少聚酯对环境的污染提供了新的途径。This article studies a process for producing double cationic surfactants by alcoholysis of waste polyester,aiming to achieve effective recycling and utilization of waste polyester.This process adopts a three-step method to produce polyester alcoholysis double cationic surfactants:firstly,waste polyester monomers are obtained by drying the alcoholysis process with deionized water;Secondly,using catalytic reaction method for recrystallization reaction to prepare chlorinated intermediates;Finally,the final dual cationic surfactant was synthesized using acetone orthogonal reaction method.The research results indicate that the dual cationic surfactant prepared by this process has excellent performance.The yield increases with the increase of temperature and lg-C concentration,while the critical micelle concentration(CMC)gradually decreases.In addition,surfactants prepared using oleic acid in alcoholysis reactions exhibit higher emulsion stability and affinity.The process developed in this study for the alcoholysis of waste polyester to produce dual cationic surfactants can effectively achieve the recycling and utilization of polyester,providing a new way to reduce the environmental pollution caused by polyester.
