芦苇纤维/191不饱和聚酯复合材料制备工艺研究

摘  要:采用芦苇纤维与191不饱和聚酯树脂制备复合材料。本研究对制备工艺进行了优化,重点对固化剂、促进剂与191不饱和聚酯树脂的混合用量进行了筛选,并确定了不同芦苇纤维含量及不同形态芦苇纤维的较优制备工艺。实验结果表明,经过氢氧化钠溶液改性的芦苇纤维与不饱和聚酯树脂复合后,复合材料的拉伸强度随芦苇纤维含量的增加呈现先增大后减小的趋势。当芦苇纤维含量为20%时,拉伸强度达到最大值:短纤维填充时为5.86 MPa,长纤维编织物填充时为3.66 MPa。在室温条件下,固化剂、促进剂与不饱和聚酯树脂的合理配比为2:5:93。当芦苇纤维含量为20%且为短纤维形态时,复合材料的性能更优。Composite materials were prepared using reed fibers and 191 unsaturated polyester resin.This study optimized the preparation process,focusing on screening the mixing amount of curing agents,accelerators,and 191 unsaturated polyester resin,and determined the optimal preparation process for different reed fiber contents and shapes of reed fibers.The experimental results show that after modification with sodium hydroxide solution,the tensile strength of the composite material of reed fiber and unsaturated polyester resin shows a trend of first increasing and then decreasing with the increase of reed fiber content.When the fiber content of reed is 20%,the tensile strength reaches its maximum value:5.86 MPa when filled with short fibers and 3.66 MPa when filled with long fiber woven fabric.At room temperature,the reasonable ratio of curing agent,accelerator,and unsaturated polyester resin is 2:5:93.When the content of reed fiber is 20%and it is in the form of short fibers,the performance of the composite material is better.
