摘 要:本文介绍了PET装置酯化反应工段中酯化反应器与工艺塔的流程及其相互关系,分析了能耗占比,并探讨了PET聚酯工艺塔釜温度对装置热耗的影响。通过理论计算得出结论:在不改造设备且维持相同工艺塔顶乙二醇含量的前提下,仅通过调整工艺参数,即可显著降低聚酯装置的整体热耗,并已在生产实践中得到验证。对于我国年产超过8000万吨、占全球80%以上的PET聚酯行业而言,这种节能措施的降耗效益极为显著。This article introduces the process and relationship between esterification reactor and process tower in the esterification reaction section of PET plant,analyzes the proportion of energy consumption,and explores the influence of PET polyester process tower kettle temperature on the heat consumption of the plant.The conclusion drawn through theoretical calculations is that,without modifying the equipment and maintaining the same content of ethylene glycol at the top of the process tower,the overall heat consumption of the polyester plant can be significantly reduced by adjusting the process parameters alone,which has been verified in production practice.For the PET polyester industry in China,which has an annual output of over 80 million tons and accounts for more than 80%of the global market,the energy-saving measures have significant benefits in reducing consumption.
