摘 要:智慧警务作为现代执法领域的前沿创新,通过积极整合并应用人工智能、大数据、物联网等前沿信息技术,有效推动公安工作的深度融合与创新发展。在这一进程中,人工智能成为核心驱动力,从多个维度推动警务工作的革新与升级。然而,人工智能在智慧警务实践中的应用亦伴随着不容忽视的潜在风险,包括但不限于技术过度依赖、数据安全与隐私保护难题、算法决策中的偏见问题,以及智能技术被滥用于造假的威胁。为促进智慧警务的持续繁荣与健康发展,应深入剖析人工智能在警务应用中面临的潜在风险,以积极探索应对策略与防范措施。通过构思智慧警务未来发展的多维蓝图,旨在为未来警务工作的智能化转型提供有力的策略支持与方向指引,确保智慧警务在创新发展的道路上稳步前行。Smart policing,as a cutting-edge innovation in the field of modern law enforcement,actively integrates and applies state-of-the-art information technologies such as artificial intelligence,big data,and the Internet of Things to promote the deep integration and innovative development of public security work.In this process,artificial intelligence has become the core driving force,driving innovation and upgrading of police work from multiple dimensions.However,the application of artificial intelligence in smart policing practice also comes with significant potential risks that cannot be ignored,including but not limited to over-reliance on technology,challenges in data security and privacy protection,biases in algorithmic decision-making,and the threat of misuse of intelligent technology for forgery.To promote the continuous prosperity and healthy development of smart policing,it is essential to deeply analyze the potential risks faced by artificial intelligence in police applications and actively explore strategies and preventive measures.Furthermore,envisioning a multidimensional blueprint for the future development of smart policing aims to provide strong strategic support and directional guidance for the intelligent transformation of future police work,ensuring that smart policing moves forward steadily on the path of innovative development.
