摘 要:基于一种小型半模扇形基片集成波导谐振器,分别设计出一种单频带通滤波器和一种双频带通滤波器。首先,通过在谐振器表面引入两个径向槽,它们能够独立控制四个模式的谐振频率,实现了阻带带宽达3.3 GHz的单频滤波器。其次,在源和负载之间引入交叉枝节,从而实现了中心频率可调的双频滤波器。两种滤波器均具有传输零点,极大地提高了滤波器的带外抑制特性。最后,对双频滤波器进行了加工和测量,实测中心频率为0.94 GHz/2.1 GHz,插入损耗为1.07 dB/1.31 dB,回波损耗优于22.3 dB,与仿真结果基本吻合。Based on a compact half-mode substrate integrated waveguide resonator,a single-band bandpass filter and a dual-band bandpass filter were designed.First,by introducing two radial slots on the surface of the resonator,the resonant frequencies of the four modes can be independently controlled,and a single-band filter with a stopband width of up to 3.3 GHz can be achieved.Second,by introducing cross stubs between the source and load,a dual-band filter can be realized with adjustable center frequencies.Both filters have transmission zeros,which significantly improve their out-of-band rejection performance.Finally,the dual-band filter was fabricated and measured at center frequencies of 0.94/2.1 GHz.It has insertion losses of 1.07/1.31 dB respectively.The return loss is better than 22.3 dB,which agrees well with the simulation results.
