摘  要:片式钽电容器的浪涌稳定性对电路系统的安全性和可靠性至关重要,通过浪涌击穿电压和浪涌电流测试研究了水汽、温度和真空对浪涌稳定性的影响。结果表明,由于异常瞬态效应,水汽饱和使聚合物片式钽电容器的浪涌击穿电压较干燥状态提高约18%,1 ms浪涌电流降低两个数量级以上。温度从-55℃升高至125℃时,浪涌击穿电压降低约20%,浪涌电流逐渐增大,MnO2片式钽电容器的1 ms浪涌电流均在毫安范围内,而聚合物片式钽电容器的1 ms浪涌电流则随温度变化,在决定电容器中水汽含量的温度处具有极值。低温时异常瞬态效应增强,水汽饱和使聚合物片式钽电容器-55℃时的1 ms浪涌电流较干燥状态降低五个数量级以上。MnO2片式钽电容器的浪涌稳定性在真空运行条件下提高,聚合物片式钽电容器则降低。该研究成果对片式钽电容器的合理选型应用具有重要的支撑作用。The surge stability of chip tantalum capacitors is critical to the safety and reliability of circuit systems.The effects of moisture,temperature and vacuum on surge stability were investigated by surge breakdown voltage and surge current tests.The results show that saturated moisture can increase the surge breakdown voltage of polymer chip tantalum capacitors by about 18%and reduce the 1 ms surge current by more than two orders of magnitude with respect to the dry state due to anomalous transient effects.From-55℃to 125℃,the surge breakdown voltage decreases by about 20%,and the surge current gradually increases.The 1 ms surge currents of all MnO_(2)chip tantalum capacitors all fall within the milliampere range,while that of the polymer chip tantalum capacitors varies with temperature and has an extreme value at the temperature that determines the moisture in the capacitors.The anomalous transient effect is enhanced at low temperature,and saturated moisture could reduce the 1 ms surge current of the polymer chip tantalum capacitors at-55℃by more than five orders of magnitude compared to the dry state.The surge stability of the MnO_(2)chip tantalum capacitors increases under vacuum operation,while that of the polymer chip tantalum capacitors decreases.The research results are important to support the rational selection and application of chip tantalum capacitors.
