摘　　要：社会建设是“五位一体”总体布局的重要组成部分,是社会主义现代化建设的重要条件,对中华民族共同体建设具有重要的促进作用。内蒙古自治区是中国最早成立的省级民族自治地方,拥有“模范自治区”的崇高荣誉。进入新时代以来,内蒙古自治区积极推进中华民族共同体建设,通过促进就业、推进社会服务均等化、实施脱贫攻坚工程、持续推进乡村振兴和社会综合治理等举措,推动构建社会生活共同体,取得了一定的成效,人民的获得感、幸福感、安全感得到进一步提升。实践充分证明,以社会建设推动中华民族共同体建设,必须坚持促进各民族全方位互嵌,打造互嵌式社会结构;重点做好暖民心工作,促进各民族的共同发展;筑牢祖国北疆安全稳定屏障,为中华民族共同体建设营造稳定的环境,使各族人民安心生活、共同发展;促进社会公平正义,让内蒙古自治区各族群众更加紧密地团结在一起,推动中华民族共同体不断发展。Social development is an integral part of the Five-in-One overall strategic framework and a crucial condition for advancing socialist modernization.It plays a significant role in fostering the construction of the Chinese national community.Inner Mongolia,as the first autonomous region established in China,holds the distinguished title of a“model autonomous region”.In the new era,Inner Mongolia has actively promoted the construction of the Chinese national community with a firm commitment.Through initiatives such as employment promotion,equitable access to social services,poverty alleviation programs,rural revitalization,and comprehensive social governance,the region has fostered a shared social life among ethnic groups,yielding notable achievements.These efforts have further enhanced the people’s sense of fulfillment,happiness,and security.Practical experience has demonstrated that advancing the construction of the Chinese national community through social development requires several key strategies.First,it is essential to promote the comprehensive integration of all ethnic groups and establish an inclusive social structure.Second,efforts should focus on fostering social cohesion by addressing the well-being of the people and ensuring the common development of all ethnic groups.Third,strengthening security and stability in the northern border area of the motherland is necessary to create a stable external environment conducive to the consolidation of the Chinese national community.Finally,promoting social equity and fostering greater unity among ethnic groups in Inner Mongolia will further facilitate the continuous development and reinforcement of the Chinese national community.
