摘　　要：目的掌握河南省疾病预防控制机构(疾控机构)的消毒工作能力现状,为促进全省消毒工作能力提升提供依据。方法2023年6月,在河南省省、市、县级疾控机构进行横断面调查,收集关于消毒专业部门设置、消毒人员构成、消毒效果评价及消毒药械储备等数据,描述性分析全省疾控机构消毒工作能力。结果调查全省176家疾控机构,工作人员总数18013人,其中793人(4.40%)为消毒专业工作人员,平均每家机构4.51人。54.55%(96/176)的机构设立了独立的消毒部门。消毒人员中,男性占75.16%(596/793),30~<50岁年龄组占64.72%(510/788),专科及以下学历占61.28%(486/793),73.65%(584/793)有初级及以下职称,55.81%(437/783)拥有不到5年的消毒工作经验。52.11%(408/783)的人员是2020年及以后到消毒岗位的,73.15%(564/771)是从其他岗位转岗的。80.68%(142/176)的机构配备了微生物实验室,其中123家(69.89%)可开展空气消毒效果检测,112家(63.64%)可开展物体表面消毒效果检测,2020—2022年,44家(25.00%)机构曾开展消毒效果评价。调查的机构中,131家(74.43%)有专门的消毒药械存放场所,其中120家(91.60%)为自然通风。以含氯消毒剂、酒精和过氧化物为主要储备消毒剂(90.67%),消毒器械储备以常量喷雾器和气溶胶喷雾器为主(86.69%)。结论河南省疾控机构消毒专业能力有待提升,建议加强队伍建设,增强硬件配置,以更好地满足疾控工作发展新需求。Objective To master the disinfection capabilities of disease control and prevention institutions(CDCs)in Henan Province and provide basis for promoting the improvement of disinfection professional ability.Methods ln June 2023,a cross scetional survey was conducted across the provincial,municipal,and county-level CDCs in Henan Povince.Data were collected on the establishment of specialized disinfection departments,the composition of disinfection personnel,the evaluation of disinfection effect,and the storage of disinfection drugs and equipment.and the disinfection capabilities of CDCs in the province were analysised descriptively.Results The survey covered 176 CDCs with a total staff of 18013,of which 793(4.40%)were disinfection professionals,averaging 4.51 per institution.Independent disinfection departments were established in 54.55%(96/176)of institutions.Among disinfection staff,75.16%(596/793)were males,64.72%(510/788)were aged 30-<50 years,61.28%(486/793)held a junior college or lower diploma,73.65%(584/793)had junior or lower professional titles,and 55.81%(437/783)had less than 5 years of experience.52.11%(408/783)of disinfection staff began their roles in 2020 or later,and73.15%(564/771)were reassigned from other positions.Microbiology laboratories were available in 80.68%(142/176)of institutes,with 69.89%able to conduct air disinfection tests and 63.64%capable of surface disinfection tests.Between 2020 and2022,44(25.00%)institutions evaluated disinfection effectiveness.Of the institutions,131(74.43%)had dedicated storage areas for disinfectants and equipment,with 120(91.60%)having natural ventilation.Chlorine-based disinfectants,alcohol,and peroxide were the most commonly stored disinfectants(90.67%),and regular and aerosol sprayers were the primary disinfection equipment(86.69%).Conclusions The disinfection capabilities of CDCs in Henan Province require improvement.Recommendations include optimizing team structure and enhancing hardware resources to better meet the new needs of professional development.
