流产后避孕咨询服务质量评估工具信效度分析——服务对象视角

摘　　要：目的:从服务对象视角制定人工流产后避孕咨询服务质量评估工具,并进行信效度检验,为后续评估各医疗机构咨询服务质量提供统一标准。方法:通过文献研究和专家咨询制定流产后避孕咨询服务质量评估工具,调查对象来自国内17家医疗机构中接受流产后避孕咨询服务的妇女,通过问卷星收集数据,评价评估工具中的所有量表型条目其内在信度、分半信度、结构效度、聚合效度和区分效度。结果:收集问卷500份,有效回收率100%;内在信度Cronbach’sα系数=0.823,分半信度系数=0.947;结构效度χ^(2)/df=5.666,近似误差均方根(RMSEA)=0.097,非标准拟合指数(TLI)=0.912,比较拟合指数(CFI)=0.928,拟合优度指数(GFI)=0.972,各维度平均提取方差值(AVE)均>0.5,各维度间相关系数均<AVE平方根。结论:本研究开发的流产后避孕咨询服务质量评估工具(服务对象视角)具有良好的信度和效度,可以用于评估流产后避孕咨询服务的质量。Objective:To develop a quality assessment tool for post-abortion contraceptive counseling services from the perspective of service clients,to analyze the subsequent validation of reliability and validity of the tool,and to provide a uniform standard for the subsequent assessment of the quality of the post-abortion contraceptive counseling services in the domestic different levels of medical facilities.Methods:A quality assessment tool for the post-abortion contraceptive counseling services was developed by reviewing the relevant literature and counseling the relevant experts.The survey participants were the women from 17 domestic healthcare facilities who received the post-abortion contraceptive counseling services.The data were collected through Wenjuanxing'and all the items entries in the assessment tool were evaluated for their intrinsic and split-half reliability,structural,convergent and discriminant validity.Results:A total of 500 valid questionnaires were collected,yielding a 100%effective response rate.The internal reliability Cronbach'sαcoefficient was 0.823 and the split-half reliability coefficient was 0.947.The construct validity:X^(2)/df=5.666,the root mean square error of approximation(RMSEA)=0.097,TLI=0.912,the compare fit index(CFI)=0.928,and the goodness of fit index(GFI)=0.972.The AVE of the each dimension was greater than 0.5,with the correlation coefficients<AVE's square root among the different dimensions.Conclusion:The quality assessment tool for the post-abortion contraceptive counseling services from the perspective of the clients developed in this study demonstrates the good reliability and validity,and which can be used in evaluating the quality of the post-abortion contraceptive counseling services.
