摘 要:目的:运用meta分析的方法探讨编码抗苗勒管激素的基因(AMH)多态位点rs10407022及其编码受体的基因(AMHRⅡ)多态位点rs2002555与多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)易感性的关系。方法:计算机检索PubMed、Web of Science、Corchrane Library、中国知网、万方、维普和中国生物医学文献服务系统,收集AMH基因(rs10407022)、AMHRⅡ基因(rs2002555)单核苷酸多态性(SNP)与PCOS相关的病例对照研究。采用Stata软件对纳入研究进行统计学分析和异质性检验。结果:共纳入病例对照研究11个,其中AMH基因(rs10407022)纳入11篇(病例组1925例、对照组1409例),AMHRⅡ基因(rs2002555)纳入6篇(病例组1568例、对照组632例)。meta分析结果显示,AMH基因(rs10407022)G等位基因和GG基因型与PCOS易感性存在较强的相关性[G比T,OR=0.82,95%CI 0.70~0.96;GG比TT,OR=0.86,95%CI 0.77~0.95;GG比(GT+TT)OR=0.87,95%CI 0.80~0.96];AMHRⅡ(rs2002555)G等位基因和GG基因型与PCOS易感性存在较明显的相关性[G比A,OR=1.38,95%CI 1.15~1.66;GG比AA,OR=1.19,95%CI 1.06~1.34;GA比AA,OR=1.07,95%CI 1.02~1.13;(GG+GA)比AA,OR=1.39,95%CI 1.12~1.72;GG比(GA+AA),OR=0.87,95%CI 0.80~0.96]。结论:AMH基因(rs10407022)、AMHRⅡ基因(rs2002555)多态性与PCOS易感性相关。Objective:To discuss the correlation between the polymorphisms of the site rsl0407022 of the anti-mullerian hormone(AMH)gene and the site rs2002555 of the anti-mullerian hormone receptor Ⅱ(AMHRⅡ)gene of patients and their susceptibility of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)by meta-analysis.Methods:The databases of PubMed,Web of Science,and Corchrane library,CNKI,WanFang,VIP and SinoMed were retrieved by computer for collecting the case-control studies related to the single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP)of the AMH gene rs10407022 and the AMHRⅡ gene rs2002555 of the patients and their PCOS susceptibility.The included studies were given the statistical analysis and heterogeneity test by Stata software.Results:A total of 11 case-control studies were included in this study,of which,11 studies about the AMH gene(rs10407022)were included in the study,with 1925 patients in the cases group and 1409 patients in the control group,and 6 studies about the AMHRⅡ gene(rs2002555)were included in the study,with 1568 cases in the cases group and 632 patients in the control group.The results of the meta-analysis showed that the G allele and GG genotype of AMH gene(rs10407022)of the patients had strong correlation with their PCOS susceptibility(G vs.T,OR=0.82,95%CI 0.70-0.96;GG vs.TT,OR=0.86,95%CI 0.77-0.95;GG vs.GT+TT OR=0.87,95%CI 0.80-0.96).The G allele and GG genotype of AMHRⅡ(rs2002555)of the patients had strong correlation with their PCOS susceptibility(G vs.A,OR=1.38,95%CI 1.15-1.66;GG vs.AA,OR=1.19,95%CI 1.06-1.34;GA vs.AA,OR=1.07,95%CI1.02-1.13;GG+GA vs.AA,OR=1.39,95%CI 1.12-1.72;GG vs.GA+AA,OR=0.87,95%CI 0.80-0.96).Conclusion:The polymorphism of AMH gene(rs10407022)and AMHRⅡ gene(rs2002555)of the patients are correlated to their PCOS susceptibility.
