基于格林模式的团队协作护理干预对剖宫产产妇负性情绪及满意度影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨基于格林模式的团队协作的护理干预对剖宫产产妇负性情绪及满意度的影响。方法:选择2021年4月-2024年4月本院产科收治的剖宫产产妇114例,根据产妇入院顺序进行编号,随机数字表分为观察组(57例)与对照组(57例)。两组均实施常规护理干预,观察组增加基于格林模式的团队协作护理干预,比较两组剖宫产知识掌握情况、负性情绪变化、自我护理能力及护理满意度情况。结果:护理干预后,观察组剖宫产知识掌握优良率(93.0%)高于对照组(79.0%),焦虑自评量表分值(34.75±5.33分)、抑郁自评量表分值(31.89±5.22分)均低于对照组(41.64±5.81分、39.72±5.69分),自我护理能力量表中自我护理技能维度、自我护理健康知识水平维度、自我护理责任感维度与自我护理概念维度分值均高于对照组,理满意度(94.7%)高于对照组(82.5%)(均P<0.05)。结论:在剖宫产围术期应用基于格林模式的团队协作护理干预能有效增强产妇剖宫产知识掌握程度,改善负性情绪,提升自我护理能力及护理满意度。Objective:To explore the impact of the team collaboration nursing intervention based on Green's model for women with cesarean section on their negative emotions and satisfaction.Methods:1l14 women with cesarean section admitted to the obstetrics department of the hospital from April 2021 to April 2024 were selected and were divided into two groups(57 cases in each group)according to random number table based on the the order of admission of the women.The women in both groups were given the routine nursing intervention,and the women in the observation group were given the team collaboration nursing intervention based on Green's model additionally.The knowledge of the cesarean section,the changes in the negative emotions,the self-care ability and the nursing satisfaction of the women were compared between the two groups.Results:After the nursing intervention,the excellent and good rate of the cesarean section knowledge(93.0%)of the women in the observation group was significantly higher than that(79.0%)of the women in the control group.The scores of the self-rating anxiety scale(34.75±5.33 points)and the self-rating depression scale(31.89±5.22 points)of the women in the observation group were significantly lower than those(41.64±5.81 points and 39.72±5.69 points)of the women in the control group.The scores of self-care skills dimension,self-care health knowledge dimension,self-care responsibility dimension and self-care concept dimension in the self-care ability scale of the women in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the women in the control group.The satisfaction(94.7%)of the women in the observation group was significantly higher than that(82.5%)of the women in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion:The team collaboration nursing intervention based on Green's model for the women with cesarean section can effectively enhance their knowledge of cesarean section,improve their negative emotions and enhance their self-care ability and nursing satisfaction.
