术中基于凝视理论下的护理方案对全子宫切除手术患者配合度与术后情绪的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析术中基于凝视理论下的护理方案对全子宫切除手术患者配合度与术后情绪的影响。方法:选取2022年3月-2024年3月本院收治的行全子宫切除手术患者90例,数字表随机化分为观察组和对照组各45例,对照组实施术中常规性护理方案,观察组实施术中基于凝视理论下的护理方案。记录两组手术过程中的非言语信息,包括护士与患者眼神交流的次数/min、在手术过程中微笑、皱眉的次数。通过简性心境评估量表(POMS)中的紧张焦虑分量表对两组手术前及术中情绪状况进行评估。在手术前及手术后第1天,使用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评估患者疼痛程度。记录手术前及手术后即刻的心率、血压、呼吸频率。结果:观察组眼神交流频率(2.6±0.7次/min)、微笑次数(11.2±4.5次)均高于对照组(1.9±0.6次/min、6.5±3.2次),皱眉次数(7.8±3.9次)低于对照组(11.6±4.8次),术后紧张感(3.2±1.5分)、焦虑感(4.0±1.7分)评分低于对照组(4.8±1.6分、5.5±1.9分),术后第1天的VAS评分(5.8±1.7分)低于对照组(7.9±2.0分),术后生命体征指标均较对照组稳定(均P<0.05)。结论:术中基于凝视理论下的护理方案能稳定全子宫切除手术患者心理状态,提高患者术中配合度,且能平复情绪,改善术后疼痛程度,稳定术后生命体征。Objective:To analyze the influence of the intraoperative nursing plan based on gaze theory for patients during the total hysterectomy surgery on their cooperation and postoperative emotions.Methods:90 patients who wanted total hysterectomy surgery in the hospital were selected and were randomized into two groups(45 cases in each group)by the digital table from March 2022 to June 2024.The patients in the two groups were given the routine nursing plans during surgery,while the patients in the observation group were given the nursing plans based on gaze theory during surgery additionally.The nonverbal information of the patients in the two groups during the surgery,including the number(times/minute)of the eye contact between the nurses and the patients,and the number of smiled or frowned of the patients during the surgery were recorded.The emotional status of the patients in the two groups before and during surgery was evaluated by the tension-anxiety subscale in the brief profile of mood states(POMS)scale.Before the surgery and on the first day after surgery,the pain degree of the patients was assessed by visual analog scale(VAS)score,The values of the heart rate,blood pressure and respiratory rate of the patients before and immediately after surgery were recorded.Results:The frequency of the eye contact(2.6±0.7 times/min)and the smile number(11.2±4.5 times)of the patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those(1.9±0.6 times/min and 6.5±3.2 times)of the patients in the control group,and the frequency of the frown(7.8±3.9 times)of the patients in the observation group was significantly lower than that(11.6±4.8 times)of the patients in the control group.The scores of the postoperative tension(3.2±1.5 points)and anxiety(4.0±1.7 points)of the patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those(4.8±1.6 points and 5.5±1.9 points)of the patients in the control group.The VAS score(5.8±1.7 points)of the patients in the observation group on the first day after operation was
