摘 要:目的:探讨对剖宫产术产妇应用赋能教育联合膳食护理的临床效果。方法:前瞻性选取2023年1月-2024年7月本院就诊的拟剖宫产产妇92例,随机数字分组标准分为两组各46例,对照组采取常规健康教育,联合组采取赋能教育联合膳食护理,均干预5d。对比两组术后康复情况、泌乳情况、心理因素[汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、母乳喂养自信心量表(BSES)]评分以及纯母乳喂养情况。结果:两组首次排气时间、住院时间无差异(P>0.05),联合组首次下床时间(23.8±3.6h)、泌乳始动时间(25.43±3.37h)均短于对照组(27.4±4.5h、32.43±5.84h),泌乳量充足率(87.0%)、产后2d和5d纯母乳喂养率(80.4%、91.3%)均高于对照组(63.0%、54.4%、73.9%),HAMA评分(8.55±1.37分)低于对照组(11.33±1.66分),喂养技能及内心活动BSES评分(65.56±4.85分、68.34±2.64分)均高于对照组(56.75±7.34分、57.47±7.68分)(均P<0.05)。结论:赋能教育联合膳食护理应用于剖宫产产妇,能促进产妇术后恢复,缓解心理负面情绪,促进产后泌乳及母乳喂养率。Objective:To explore the influence of the empowerment education combined with the dietary nursing for puerperaes after cesarean section on their rehabilitation,psychological factors and breastfeeding.Methods:From January 2023 to July 2024,92 puerperaes who wanted cesarean section in the hospital were prospectively selected and were divided into two groups(46 cases in each group)according to the random number grouping criteria.The puerperaes in the control group were given the routine health education,and the puerperaes in the study group were given the empowerment education combined with the dietary nursing.The conditions of the postoperative rehabilitation and the lactation,the psychological factors scores evaluated by Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Breastfeeding Self-Efficacy Scale(BSES),and the exclusive breastfeeding situation of the puerperaes were compared between the two groups.Results:There were no significant differences in the first exhaust time and the hospital stay of the puerperaes between the two groups(P>0.05).The first time of getting out of bed(23.8±3.6h)and the lactation start time(25.43±3.37h)of the puerperaes in the study group were significantly shorter than those(27.4±4.5h and 32.43±5.84h)of the puerperaes in the control group.The rates of the adequate lactation(87.0%)and the exclusive breastfeeding on the second day and on the fifth day after delivery(80.4%and 91.3%)of the puerperaes in the study group were significantly higher than those(63.0%,54.4%and 73.9%)of the puerperaes in the control group.The HAMA score(8.55±1.37 points)of the puerperaes in the study group was significantly lower than that(11.33±1.66 points)of the puerperaes in the control group.The scores of feeding skills(65.56±4.85 points)and mental activity(68.34±2.64 points)of BSES of the puerperaes in the study group were significantly higher than those(56.75±7.34 points and 57.47±7.68 points)of the puerperaes in the control group(all P<o.05).Conclusion:The empowerment education combined with the dietary nursing fo
