同伴叙事教育联合认知干预对18~40岁宫颈癌患者病耻感及满意度影响

摘  要:目的:探究同伴叙事教育联合认知干预对宫颈癌患者病耻感及满意度影响。方法:纳入2019年6月-2024年6月本院收治的宫颈癌患者120例,随机数字法分为干预组(n=60)和常规组(n=60),常规组实施常规护理干预,干预组实施同伴叙事教育联合认知干预;比较两组一般资料、病耻感评分、自我效能评分、心理弹性评分及护理满意度。结果:干预护理后,两组病耻感各项评分均下降,且干预组均低于常规组,两组自我效能和心理弹性的各项评分及总分均上升,且干预组总评分(128.43±12.41分、86.75±7.43分)高于常规组(115.32±10.25分、75.89±6.57分),干预组护理总满意度(91.7%)高于常规组(76.7%)(均P<0.05)。结论:在宫颈癌患者中采取同伴叙事教育联合认知干预,能够降低患者的病耻感,提高自我护理能力,改善心理健康度,获得更高的护理满意度。Objective:To explore the impact of the peer narrative education combined with the cognitive intervention for young patients with cervical cancer on their stigma and satisfaction.Methods:120 young patients with cervical cancer who were admitted to the hospital were selected and were randomly divided into study group(n=60)and control group(n=60)by the randomization digital method between June 2019 and June 2024.The patients in the control group received the routine nursing intervention,while the patients in the study group received the peer narrative education combined with the cognitive intervention.The general information,the scores of the stigma,self-efficacy and psychological flexibility,and the nursing satisfaction of the patients were compared between the two groups.Results:The different items scores of the stigma of the patients in the two groups after nursing intervention had decreased significantly,and which of the patients in the study group were significantly lower than those of the patients in the control group.The different items scores and the total score of the self-efficacy and the psychological resilience of the patients in the two groups after nursing intervention had increased significantly.The total scores of the self-efficacy(128.43±12.41 points)and the psychological resilience(86.75±7.43 points)of the patients in the study group were significantly higher than those(115.32±10.25 points and 75.89±6.57 points)of the patients in the control group.The total nursing satisfaction(91.7%)of the patients in the study group was significantly higher than that(76.7%)of the patients in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion:The peer narrative education combined with the cognitive intervention for the young patients with cervical cancer can reduce their stigma and can improve their self-care ability and mental health,and which can achieve the higher nursing satisfaction of the patients.
