不孕症患者血清CRTC3、SOCS3水平与体外受精-胚胎移植术后妊娠结局关系

摘　　要：目的:探究不孕患者血清环磷酸腺苷反应元件结合蛋白调节转录辅激活因子-3(CRTC3)、细胞因子信号转导抑制因子3(SOCS3)水平与体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)术后妊娠结局关系。方法:收集2022年1月-2023年3月本院收治的105例接受IVF-ET的不孕症患者作为病例组,根据患者妊娠结局分为妊娠组(48例)和未妊娠组(57例),选取同期在本院产前检查健康孕妇105名纳入对照组,比较各组血清CRTC3、SOCS3水平。受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析血清CRTC3、SOCS3水平对不孕症患者IVF-ET术后妊娠结局的预测价值。logistic分析影响不孕症患者IVF-ET术后妊娠结局因素。结果:病例组血清CRTC3(8.43±1.48ng/ml)、SOCS3(33.06±4.25pg/ml)均高于对照组(6.13±1.05ng/ml、24.89±3.42pg/ml),病例组中未妊娠患者血清CRTC3(9.43±1.61ng/ml)、SOCS3(35.17±4.32pg/ml)高于妊娠组(7.25±1.26ng/ml、30.56±4.19pg/ml)(均P<0.05)。ROC分析显示,血清CRTC3、SOCS3评估不孕患者IVF-ET术后妊娠失败的曲线下面积(AUC)是0.838、0.770,二者联合检测的AUC为0.908;logistic分析显示,CRTC3升高、SOCS3升高是影响不孕症患者IVF-ET术后未妊娠的危险因素(均P<0.05)。结论:不孕症患者血清CRTC3、SOCS3水平升高且与IVF-ET术后妊娠结局有一定关系。Objective:To investigate the correlation between the levels of the serum cyclic adenosine monophosphate-response element binding protein-regulated transcription coactivator 3(CRTC3)and suppressor of cytokine signaling 3(SOCS3)of infertile women and their pregnancy outcomes after in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer(IVF-ET).Methods:From January 2022 to March 2023,105 infertile women received IVF-ET admitted to the hospital were collected in study group.These women were divided into group A(48 cases with pregnancy)and group B(57 cases without pregnancy)based on their pregnancy outcomes.105 healthy pregnant women who underwent prenatal examination were selected in control group during the same period.The levels of serum CRTC3 and SOCS3 of the women were compared among these groups.The predictive values of the serum CRTC3 and SOCS3 levels of the infertile women for their pregnancy outcomes after IVF-ET were analyzed by receiver operator characteristic(ROC)curve.Logistic analysis was applied to analyze the factors affecting the pregnancy outcomes of the infertile women after IVF-ET.Results:The levels of serum CRTC3(8.43±1.48 ng/ml)and SOCS3(33.06±4.25 pg/ml)of the women in the study group were significantly higher than those(6.13±1.05 ng/ml and 24.89±3.42 pg/ml)of the women in the control group.The levels of serum CRTC3(9.43±1.61 ng/ml)and SOCS3(35.17±4.32 pg/ml)of the women in group B were significantly higher than those(7.25±1.26 ng/ml and 30.56±4.19 pg/ml)of the women in group A(all P<0.05).ROC analysis showed that the area under the curve(AUC)of the serum CRTC3 level,the SOCS3 level and the combined levels of serum CRTC3 and SOCS3 of the infertile women for predicting their pregnancy failure after IVF-ET were 0.838,0.770 and 0.908,respectively.Logistic analysis showed that the increased CRTC3 and SOCS3 levels of the infertile women were the risk factors of their non-pregnancy after IVF-ET(all P<0.05).Conclusion:The levels of the serum CRTC3 and SOCS3 of the infertile women are increased,and which have th
