摘　　要：目的探讨初产妇一般自我效能感在身体意象与孕期体质量管理保护动机间的中介效应。方法采用便利抽样法,选取于2023年8月~9月中南大学湘雅二医院的217例初产妇为调查对象,应用一般资料调查表、孕期体质量管理保护动机问卷、孕妇身体意象量表、一般自我效能感量表进行调查,运用结构方程模型剖析初产妇一般自我效能感在身体意象与孕期体质量管理保护动机间的中介效应。结果孕期体质量管理保护动机问卷、孕妇身体意象量表、一般自我效能感量表得分分别为(124.50±13.39)分、(97.01±14.74)分、(24.93±5.68)分。孕妇身体意象与孕期体质量管理保护动机呈负相关(r=-0.176,P<0.01),一般自我效能感与孕期体质量管理保护动机呈正相关(r=0.340,P<0.01),一般自我效能感与孕妇身体意象呈负相关(r=-0.161,P<0.05),一般自我效能感在孕妇身体意象与孕期体质量管理保护动机间存在完全中介作用,效应值为-0.069,95%CI为(-0.013,-0.134)。结论一般自我效能感是孕妇身体意象与孕期体质量管理保护动机的中介变量,可通过提高初产妇一般自我效能感,改变其身体意象情况,从而增进孕期体质量管理保护动机水平。Objective To explore the mediating effect of general self-efficacy in primiparas on body image and motivation for body quality management during pregnancy.Methods A total of 217 primiparas women from the Second Xiangya Hospital of Central South University were selected for investigation from August to September 2023 using a convenience sampling method.They were investigated with a general information scale,protective motivation for pregnancy body quality management scale,body image in pregnancy scale,and general self-efficacy scale.The structural equation model was used to analyze the mediating effect of general selfefficacy in primiparas on body image and protective motivation for pregnancy body quality management.Results The scores of the protective motivation for pregnancy body quality management scale,the body image in pregnancy scale,and the general self-efficacy scale were(124.50±13.39),(97.01±14.74),(24.93±5.68),respectively.There was a negative correlation between body image in pregnancy and protective motivation for pregnancy body quality management(r=-0.176,P<0.01),the general self-efficacy of primiparas were positively correlated with the protective motivation for pregnancy body quality management(r=0.340,P<0.01),and the general self-efficacy was negatively correlated with body image in pregnancy(r=-0.161,P<0.05).There was a complete mediating effect between body image in pregnancy and the protective motivation for pregnancy body quality management,with a mediating effect value-0.069,95%CI(-0.013,-0.134).Conclusion General self-efficacy is a mediating variable between body image during pregnancy and protective motivation for pregnancy body quality management.By improving the general self-efficacy of primiparas and changing their body imagery situation,the level of protective motivation for body quality management during pregnancy is improved.
