摘 要:人工智能素养是师生适应思想政治教育数字化转型的基本素养,人工智能素养培训是重塑新时代师生关系,帮助师生尽快适应数字思政教育教学变革趋势的必备条件。从系统哲学的观点看,必须处理好师生—技术、教师—学生和督导—教师的三重关系,对师生进行分众化培训。目前人工智能素养培训存在工具导向的问题,在实施层面上倾向于教学视角的任课教师培训,侧重人工智能的认知影响教育,以及缺乏常态化的培训建设机制。基于精准性的培训目标,培养教师对人工智能做出自由选择的能力,掌握学习分析能力,为思政课教师提供持续专业发展框架。提升学生的数据素养,训练自我调节学习能力,培养学生成为数字时代的自主学习者。普及督导的数字平台操作能力,积累数字学习经验,在人机实践中发挥高效的指导作用。Proper artificial intelligence literacy(AI literacy)is increasingly related to the build-up of basic digital literacy in the digital transformation of ideological and political education,for both teachers and students.AI literacy training is a necessary condition for reshaping the relationship between teachers and students in the new era,and helping them adapt to the trend of digital ideological and political education teaching as soon as possible.From the view of system philosophy,AI literacy training was dealt with the triple relations between teachers,students and technology,teachers and students,as well as teachers and supervisors.The pluralistic training was carried out by teachers,students and supervisors.At present,there are tool-oriented problems in AI literacy training.At the implementation level,it adheres to the teaching perspective,focuses on the cognitive impact education of AI,and lack of normal training construction mechanism.Based on the precise training objectives,teachers should cultivate the ability to make free choices of AI,master the ability of learning analytics,and provide a sustainable professional development framework for ideological and political teachers.To improve students'data literacy,they must train self-regulation learning ability to be independent learners in the digital age.Popularizing supervisors'digital platform operation ability and accumulating digital learning experience play an efficient guiding role in man-machine practice.
