系统观念视域下新发展阶段意识形态建设的多维探析

摘　　要：新发展阶段意识形态建设是一项系统工程,具有深厚的系统论意蕴。加强新发展阶段意识形态建设的系统性是统筹国内国际大局的现实要求,也是全面开启社会主义现代化强国新征程的必然要求。系统观念视域下,新发展阶段意识形态建设具有鲜明的系统特质,主要表现为顶层设计的整体性、内在结构的层次性、系统边界的开放性以及推进过程的动态性。随着我国意识形态建设向纵深方向发展,将系统科学理论和系统思维运用到新发展阶段意识形态建设之中,明确其目标指向、过程协同、要素耦合和效果集成,实现其系统规划、结构优化、功能跃升和整体合力,已成为加强新发展阶段意识形态建设系统性和实效性的迫切需要。The construction of ideology in the new development stage is a systematic project,which has profound meaning of system theory.Strengthening the systematicness of ideological construction in the new stage of development is a realistic requirement for coordinating the overall international and domestic situation,and it is also an inevitable requirement for fully embarking on the new journey of a modern socialist country.From the perspective of the system concept,the ideological construction of the new development stage has distinct system characteristics,which are mainly manifested in the integrity of the top-level design,the hierarchy of the internal structure,the openness of the system boundary,and the dynamics of the advancement process.As my country's ideological construction develops in depth,system science theory and system thinking should be applied to ideology construction in the new development stage,clarifies its goal orientation,process coordination,element coupling and effect integration,and realizes its system planning and structural optimization.Functional improvement and overall synergy have become an urgent need to strengthen the system and effectiveness of ideological construction in the new stage of development.
